Road to Close is a web-based platform that can be accessed from any desktop or mobile device. Typically the buyer agent or seller agent will subscribe and initiate the project within Road to Close. The Realtor can assign roles and invite all parties to join the transaction online. The interface is easy to use and manages all aspects of a transaction. Tasks and due dates are assigned and can be accessed from the dashboard or even customized. When a task is completed or overdue, notifications are sent to ensure the transactions stay on track. By including all members of the transaction, including buyers and sellers, Road to Close ensures a smooth process from contract to close.
Anyone can invite others to join the transaction. Typically agents will set up the initial project and invite members to join. But as more parties join the process, buyers and sellers are able to invite their lawyers, home inspectors or mortgage representatives to join. With a simple and easy to use platform, anyone can be included and quickly navigate the software.
The agents can access their contact list to select people and assign roles. Using permissions-based assignments, each person will have different access based on their role. Documents are either shared, or accessible only to buyer side or seller side.
